the headlands are a special place nestled in the hills just north of the golden gate bridge in san francisco. this day was particularly special.
i remember first meeting trinh + phuong at fort point for their engagement session last fall. we had fun exploring the secret national park, geeking out about the history and playing on cast iron stairways.
trinh is one of the most aesthetic brides i have met so i was anxious to see all of the magic she put together for this day. it was like something out of a midsummer’s night dream, and then some. colors were in jewel tones, lush flowers + plants decorated every corner of the historic building in the headlands. they wed upstairs under three floral wreaths. dinner took place in the old mess hall filled in vintage table settings + chairs, soothing florals in purples, yellows + greens with deep blue, rich mustard + maroon velvet fabrics. floor to floor, room to room, the setting was that take your breath away type of enchanting.
we snuck away to the nearby woods to twirl around in the sun.
boba was involved, as was cake, dancing, laughing + love all around.
