Nestled in the hills just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the Headlands are a magical place to explore and be. This day was particularly special.
I remember first meeting Trinh + Phuong at Fort Point for their Engagement session last fall. We had fun exploring the secret national park, geeking out about the history and playing on cast iron stairways.
Trinh’s great sense of style and aesthetic were evident in first meeting her so I was anxious to see her designs and idea for their Wedding day.
It lived up to the hype. Getting ready was at the historic Inn and the Presidio and then we ventured up to the Headlands for the ceremony and recpetion at the Center for the Arts.
The whole placed was draped in lush florals and pops of jewel tones to match the already chic, art-deco esque style of the venue. It was like something out of a midsummer’s night dream.
They wed upstairs under three floral wreaths. dinner took place in the old mess hall filled in vintage table settings + chairs, soothing florals in purples, yellows + greens with deep blue, rich mustard + maroon velvet fabrics. Floor to floor, room to room, the setting was that take your breath away type of enchanting.
We snuck away to the nearby woods to twirl around in the sun.
Boba was involved as was cake, dancing, laughing + love all around.
