easter sunday on the island was magical for so many reasons. one of which was spending the first hour of the morning with this adorable family, all visiting for a wedding. pam opted for some family photos while they were there and i’m so happy jet lag made it easy for everyone to rise!

these happy smiles made me smile so much in editing them. good [island] times.

My Sunny Afternoon with Moochi the Miniature Cow
It is quite evident that I love animals so I couldn't have been more thrilled to get the opportunity to meet a very special miniature cow named Moochi. My friend Tim and his wife Tara acquired a unique type of pet this summer all the way from my homeland up in Minnesota. The two are also animal lovers and fell in love with cows while visiting Switzerland and hearing their bells ringing along the grassy countryside (they are crazy world travelers). Cloudy at the Eiffel Tower: Family Portrait Session in Paris
Cloudy or Bright, Chilly or Warm; Paris is always enchanting. This particular morning in August was overcast + grey, unusual for the peak of summer. I met this sweet family (from Southern California too) at Champs de Mars for a few photos to commemorate their European travels. We strolled around the gardens for a bit, admiring the Tower, as typical Parisians do, before heading across the bridge over to Trocadero and eventually down to the Seine. Film Diaries: Left Bank Styled Shoot
I did this shoot with some amazing and crazy talented businesses in the Los Angeles area. The theme was a Parisian Left Bank shoot with a strong organic, gypsy feel. The grainy, rich color of the film soothes the soul- well, my soul at any rate! Sunset made a better setting for the mood. These are just a few little pieces and details.
